From the first visit to an enquiry
Select a step to see the explanation.
Name the service, audience and concrete outcome at the start. Link to the relevant service detail.
A website can turn interest into an enquiry when people quickly understand whether the offer fits their needs. Design, content and the contact path have to work together. A distinctive opening attracts attention; useful answers help visitors decide what to do next.
An offer people can understand
A useful landing page answers three questions: What do you offer? Who is it for? What can happen next? Describe specific tasks and outcomes rather than listing technologies alone.
Different services call for different answers. Someone planning a new website needs different information from someone automating an internal workflow. Dedicated service pages give those questions space and provide relevant destinations for links.
Trust needs verifiable information
Show the people responsible, a working contact address and a clear explanation of how you work. Explain how scope, cost and handover are agreed. Published references should make the assignment, your contribution and the result understandable.
Invented metrics and unconditional success promises do not help people make a sound decision. If a result is not yet established, explain how it will be evaluated and under which conditions.
The contact path has to work
A first-contact form should ask only for information needed for a useful response. Clear labels, understandable errors and a visible email alternative help when something goes wrong.
Test the complete journey on a phone: find the form, fill it in, submit it and understand the response. Check delivery afterwards too. A green browser message alone does not prove that an enquiry reached the correct inbox.
Visibility starts with accessible content
Important statements should appear as readable text on an accessible page. Distinct page titles, internal links and appropriate language versions help search systems understand the content. Structured data needs to match what people can see.
Google describes the same fundamental SEO requirements for its AI search features as for conventional search. Special AI text files or a separate schema are not required for those features. Inclusion in results or recommendations is still not guaranteed.
Measure where interest is lost
Agree what a qualified enquiry means. Then examine the path from relevant visits to contact attempts and actual conversations. Analytics tools and the required consent need to match the implementation.
Choose improvements based on the bottleneck. Irrelevant traffic, an unclear offer and a broken form are different problems and need different responses.
